The aim of Nanit is to allow the true expression of the grapes and the terroir. The Nanit range features a skin contact minimal intervention organic wine from low humidity, high altitude organic Macabeo vineyards that produces a lovely “orange” wine with friendly character. Additionally, the Nanit red, from organic Bobal vineyards is completely Natural, fermented with no added years and finished with no added sulfur. The natural acid and tannins of Bobal make it a perfect candidate for Natural winemaking and stability in the bottle. As a bonus, Bobal is known to contain unusually high quantities of the beneficial polyphenol resveratrol. Both wines are vegan certified.
