French Classics on Sail

Vineyards along the western coast of France are cooled by Atlantic Ocean breezes and produce some of the world’s finest Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc grapes.

Terre de Vignerons supply the fabulous Sauvignon grapes that are harvested at full maturity in late August. Slow and gentle pressing follows the first phase of maceration to extract the aromatic compounds contained in the skins. 10 days of fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature 18°C.

Prime Bordeaux vineyards grow on a mixture of limestone, clay, and porous silt soils that supply the fabulous Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Merlot grapes harvested at the beginning of September. After gentle pressing and careful racking, the alcoholic fermentation is started at low temperature (17°C) and lasts 12 days.
