Grape varieties: 95% Tempranillo, 5% Mazuelo
Fermentation of destemmed grapes in stainless
steel tanks under controlled temperature
between 28 – 30 ºC. Maceration for 15 days
with continuous pumping over in order to
achieve a good extraction of colour from the
cap of skins.
Aged for 12 months in combined oak
The staves are from American oak and the two
tops are from French oak. Refined for several
months in the bottle before release.
Bright cherry colour with violet hues. Intense
aromas of red fruits framed by the fine hints of cinnamon and cacao.
Velvety in the mouth, nicely balanced and fleshy. Pleasant and lingering.
Cold starters, pasta, poultry. Perfect
by the glass. Serve at 16º - 18º C (60-64 º F).
