Grape Varieties: Albarino
Cold maceration of the grapes followed by a controlled soft pressing. Once the sediments have settled, the juice is fermented under a controlled temperature of 16 degrees Celsius for 20 days. No oak aging.
Yellow straw colour with green hints, clean and bright. Lively and complex aromas, mostly of ripe fruits. Apple, mango, custard apple, tangerine. Fresh and citric in the mouth, with long and slightly bitter aftertaste.
This Rias Baixas wine ages very well in the months following its bottling.
Perfect with appetizers or any kind of fish or seafood .
