Grape Varieties: Albarino
Cold maceration of the grapes followed by a controlled soft pressing. Once the sediments have settled, the juice is fermented under a controlled temperature of 16 degrees Celsius for 20 days. No oak aging.
Yellow straw colour with green hints. Intense aromas of fruits (pear, apple, lemon), as well as aromatci herbs and white flowers. Very intense in the mouth, and reminiscent of fruits and flowers. Elegant and persistent.
This Rias Baixas wine ages very well in the months following its bottling.
Perfect with appetizers and any kind of fish or seafoood.
